Ruhtinaallinen kokemus
Pikkupalatsi tarjosi loistavat puitteet aktiivilomalle Nizzaan ja sen lähiympäristöön. Hotellihenkilöstön palvelu oli ensiluokkaista, aamiaispuffet runsas ja hotellin sijainti erinomainen kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta, josta löytyivät lähimmät palvelut.

The property was phenomenal! We were walkable to town and had the best service by Joseph. He bakes all of the cakes found at the breakfast!

Lovely quiet spot in Cimiez. Room was a bit small by North American standards but quite comfortable. Staff was excellent and patient with my bad French. Highly recommended.

Lovely unique little gem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Daniel and Phillip were both wonderful as was the night gentleman whose name i did not get. About a 20 min walk to the main tourist areas which was better rhan driving for sure. We will stay again. Beautiful breakfast area in a garden.

Kevin at Reception is ‘tres Jolie’. He’s extremely helpful, generous and a wonderful person. He’s one of the reasons we return there. It feels like home away from home. The distance to walk to the historic center, the museums, the market for groceries like juice, waters and fruit are very close. We absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. Amazing buffet breakfast ….would go back just for the breakfast!! We arrived late after a very long travel day. Felt immediately relaxed, had a good nights sleep and enjoyed a walk around the beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous view from our room, very comfortable bed, great breakfast and friendly & helpful staff. Location is good for some of the museums but a little out of the city centre. Room a bit compact and lacking a chair but tidy & nicely finished.

Breakfast was wonderful. Sea view room was lovely and walking down to beach area downtown was fun and beautiful. There is just nothing like the Cot d’ Azur. Chagall museum also quite close.

An immaculate, high quality hotel in an upmarket area of town. An easy walk to the Old Town and not far from a metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Phillipe met our car and checked us in. He offered us a lovely upgrade for a minimal charge. He ace us suggestions for walking and for restaurants. The hotel is quietly stylish and comfortable in a residential area only 10-15 minute walk to the hustle bustle of Nice’s downtown. Our room was well equipped and we enjoy a small balcony with a view of Nice and the ocean. On our last night Phillipe made us a reservation at a wonderful Michelin rated restaurant. It was outstanding! I will stay here again.

The property is impeccably decorated and set on a quiet hillside with beautiful views. The staff was thoughtful and incredibly helpful. Daniel was able to help me with an exceptionally challenging car rental debacle. Kevin sent us to the best stocked French pharmacy and made sure we had a car to pick us up in time for our flight. Truly felt well cared for the entire visit. Highly recommend!

What a great place! My wife and I checked in for 3 days. Right in heart of Nice in the hill. Granted it’s a hike walking up the hill but less than 10 min to flat part of town. The hotel is a hidden gem with private gardens and pool area. The staff were amazing and served us drinks and snacks at the pool. Could have stayed at pool for weeks. It was our own private oasis surrounded by chirping birds palms and pines. We stayed for dinner two nights and food was decent. We would go again. Luxury stay.

What a wonderful experience we had during our stay!!! They have the most wonderful staff, super helpful, pleasant, courteous, and truly show how much they love what they do. We appreciate you Felippe, Simon, Kevin for all your generosity 🙂. We don't remember all the other staff names but everyone was amazing!!!. What a lovely place, the decor was tasteful and everything was extremely clean. The hotel is on top of a mountain and you can see from the room balcony the beautiful scenery of Nice. Also, what an amazing breakfast display with an array of delicious goodies. Thank you everyone for making our stay an amazing experience!!!!!

Charming property. Friendly staff. Terrible wifi. Advertises Air Conditioning but it is shut off. Cools off at night but room got too hot during the day with sun beating in. If it says it has air conditioning it should be up to the guest in their individual room whether they want to use it or not.

I cant really praise the Hotel and Staff enough. From taking the lead on organising transfers to helping with eateries and places to visit. We really couldn't have asked for more, the staff ( every single one) had a smile and friendly manor. The hotel its self had everything we needed and was in a quiet part of Nice , 5 min taxi ride from the centre and Old town. Thank you so much for everything

This was my fourth year staying at Petit Palais, I love it. But this time my room air conditioner wasn’t working and no one except for the gentleman at night, Joseph, would assist me. The engineer didn’t come to check it, they said they’d take care of it when I went for dinner. I came back to the room closed up and extremely hot. Then they promised me a fan to put in the open window (it was 82f that day) and it never came. Joseph, the night manager made a call and followed the directions but the AC was broken. It was a miserable stay. But I love the hotel and will give it another chance.
