”From the minute we walked into the hotel, we were treated like queens and kings. The entire staff was attentive, kind and friendly at all times. We had a dilemma with our rental car company and the staff at Papagayo Golden Palms helped us by shuttling us to our tours. The entire staff, Mauricio, Natalie, JeJey, Andrea, Sergio and a few more were great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! The premises were beautiful, quiet, serene and very clean. Treat yourself to the wonderful hotel!”

”It was our first trip to Costa Rica, so didn't know where to go. We were thinking Tamarindo first, but when found this hotel, decided to stay in Playa Grande - and we did the best choice! What we wanted was peace and beautiful nature, and that's what we got. Playa Grande is amazing, so beautiful and quiet, only surfers there. ”Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotellin sijainnista, palvelusta ja rennosta tunnelmasta. Henkilökunta oli todella miellyttävä ja auttavainen. Kun huonevaraustamme ei heti löytynyt koneelta, saimme tilalle "anteeksi pyyntönä" paljon isomman ja paremmin varustellun huoneen lomamme ajaksi. Pitkin päivää hotellin asiakkaille oli tarjolla tuoretta kahvia ilmaiseksi ja hotellissa oli myös iso kauppa 24/7 auki. Ravintolan ruuan hinta/laatu suhde oli ihan ok. Jos yöelämä häiritsee unta, ei kannata ottaa...

”The property has a nice clean pool and comfortable, shady sitting areas around it. Pretty gardens too. The property manager and the owner were kind and helpful and welcoming. Quiet other than the sounds of waves crashing nearby and birds and howler monkeys :)”

”Beware that this is 4.5 hours away from the San Jose Airport! They do NOT inform anyone of this and you need to get to the Ferry to cross over to Tambor which is not 24/7 You need to plan very carefully so you don't lose a day like I did and so many others did that I met at the Hotel. They are also very aware of this and have done nothing about it!! The buffet food is ok. Not the best, but not the worst. You will find something. The Italian ala carte restaurant is excellent! Alsoif you don't...
