”I would high recommend this property for a group. There was plenty of space for everyone and great spaces to hang out in. Normally when we rent a house and it says it sleeps 10 in reality that means people on sofas. Not the case here! It was raining during our stay, I can only imagine how much fun it would be in sunny weather!”

Having Wifi with DirectTV was so nice to veg out after a long day.The location is fantastic for US20 or Cascade Pass which made it so easy get an early start on the trails. ”The picture of the river on the listing do not do it justice - it looks like a little stream in the listing, but no, it’s a narrow whitewater portion of the river with a little waterfall, right off the back deck! The sound helped me sleep like a rock. Nice cabin in a good location to accessthe west side of North Cascades National Park.”

”A few friends wanted to get away for a quiet, relaxed weekend and this was the perfect place for it. It was perfectly peaceful to watch the tide and the local fauna - we saw deer, eagles and a seal. The beds were comfy, the kitchen reasonably well stocked and checking in and out was a breeze. I would definitely stay at this property again for a quiet weekend with a small group. ”

”We loved our family time at Scimitar Ridge Ranch! Plenty of room to spread out for privacy as well as great spaces to congregate. We were charmed by the resident sheep and alpaca, and never tired of the gorgeous views. The location is both perfectly secluded and ideal for exploring the area. The Ranch was very clean, well stocked and comfortable, and the team was very responsive to our needs and questions. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful retreat!”
