Really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, our room was cleaned daily & the gym pass was great. Reception was helpful!

Everything else was great but the quality of service varies a great deal, especially at reception and at the lobby area. So, take an attitude that he or she is just having one of those days.. I heard that the new owners of the hotel have cut of some benefits and that's why some employees don't enjoy their work like they used to. In my opinion as lovely the sorroundings might be, the quality of the hotel depends a lot of its personel's heart to go to work and share their inner kindness and love. Stayed in Tower corner Suite, but don't think I'm coming back, sorry.

Cool vibe. Old school New York with modernities. We’ll be back
