”Unfortunately despite requesting a quiet room beforehand I was placed right on top of the bar, which at times is very noisy. This in effect robbed me of sleep for a few nights. I talked about this with staff who were helpful, and the problem was solved in a satisfactory manner.
The location is good, with very short walk to Bristol Museum. Right next to Whiteladies where buses go all the time. A bus connection to Temple Meads nearby. Area feels safe, not too long walk to central either.

”We have enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Our room was clean and tidy, big enough for the family of 3. They provided cups and bowls as no food being served. For the price we paid I can't complain at all. Lovely place, just need a little bit of maintenance, maybe more guests? We are happy to visit them again.”
”The hotel is beautiful Victorean property. The location is idyllic between the hills. The only issue was the narrow entrance and the lack of parking due to the tour buses the used 4 parking spots. Other than that, the hotel was a hit. I would definitely stay again. ”
