Asunnot – Orange County

”When I checked in, the nice lady at the desk told me my reservation was listed under a different person. I showed her my reservation, my itenary #, all of the info she requested. She told me Expedia did not send the info to them correctly so she would not check me. She did offer me a room with a discount for the bluder but hiked up the price $100 more than the expedia reservation. This is a terrible adminstrative process, she blamed me for not calling their front desk to check if they received...

”The property was described as a "charming 2 bedroom apartment with fitness room and AC, " We did not get what was advertised. We made a 14 day booking for 4 adults and 2 children. The only furniture in the unit was a couch and a dining table with 4 poorly maintained chairs. The patio had one chair and one table. The surface was filthy and hadn't even been swept. A broken scooter and a child's toy had been left behind. The floors in the living room were filthy; walking around on the floor...

”We had a great stay overall! The location was perfect—just about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and we were able to walk almost everywhere. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, plus a convenience store right underneath the apartment. We also loved that there was a free trolley, so we rarely needed to drive. The apartment was a nice size, very private despite being located above a restaurant, and had thoughtful amenities like beach towels, laundry, and an outdoor shower,...

”Great communication, clean, easy check in/out. Laundry available but not in unit. Kitchen as specified...microwave, toaster, fridge, with appropriate kitchen ware. No assigned parking but we never had difficulty finding close parking.”
