”Loved this beach cottage, perfect location on/off freeway and Walking distance to ocean, pier, downtown shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds, furniture. Good size closets with hangers and dressers to unpack suitcase. We loved the outdoor patio with patio table for 6-8ppl, great place to enjoy coffee and board games with family, rental has board games to use. Has beach towels, chairs and boogie boards to enjoy at the beach. Great experience.”

The property was tidy however the only tiny bathroom was not acceptable with black mold in the shower area and gross mold and residue around the drain. We had to clean the sink for an hour to get it acceptable to brush our teeth. The homeowner told us to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink!!!!
