”This garage apartment on Balboa Island, is a historic unit, recently updated and very cute. The pictures in the listing are accurate and it is decorated in a fun, eclectic, nautical decor. It is comfortable and a good location, a quick 2 block walk to shops and restaurants and just down the street from the beach. Garage parking was a huge plus! I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again!! The only down side was that the 2 garage apartments across the alley were both under...

”We had a fabulous stay at Jean’s beach cottage! The cottage was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Jean was an amazing host. We really enjoyed getting to know her.The location was perfect for us - just a few blocks from the beach, yet with easy access to I-5 for trips north. Our family really appreciated the included beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. We highly recommend staying at Jean’s place!”
