"Para empezar...soy platinum member de expedia desde hace mas de 10 años... No visiten este hotel! No sirve el telefono No sirve el clima.estamos a 38 grados.. No me cambiaron de cuarto. El " gerente" vino a checar el clima y segun ya estaba trabajando... Una toalla nada mas. Y una botellita de agua... Orizaba tiene muchas otras opciones...lamento que este hotel este tan mal...."

"Our room was ok. It had a coffee maker, but no coffee. The room was a little noisy from people passing by and talking out side the door. We were in 206. The restaurant, we gave up on it. We asked for a menu and were sent to reception. They spoke to the attendant and we were sent back. We decided on dinner and were led into a bar area and ignored. We left and visited one of the many nearby restaurants. "
