In a different day and age, thirty or forty years ago, this was likely a premier property. It is not currently. When we checked in we only had a few minutes to drop our things (our issue, not theirs), but when we returned at 11 p.m., we wished we had asked more about things. My reservation was "pool view"; yes, we were near the pool, but no view.
The breakfast the next morning was very limited and there were several signs, "Sorry, we are out of _____" Virtually no protein options and the peanut butter available to put on waffles was obviously spooned from a larger source to put into small plastic cups with lids.
One major problem was their requirement to make copy of my driver's license at check-in. It wasn't a verification of who I was, they made a copy. In this age of identity theft, that policy is entirely inappropriate. I asked for the copy back as I checked out, but I have no certainty what was done in the 15 hours in between. If copying is a Ramada/Wyndham policy, it needs to be immediately changed.
Help was also limited.
