”Location was great- close to the aquarium and Carmel. Check in wasn’t pleasant- arrived at 1545 hours and was told check in was at 1600 hours and “room wasn’t ready”. Person behind the counter was not pleasant , and I felt she wasn’t ready to provide service- ( I observed her busy cracking nuts and eating) and I felt we interrupted her. So we waited in parking lot until check in time but still had to wait because room was not ready. When it was, she just check us in but I didn’t make us feel...

”My stay want the best, but it wasn't the worst. It was good for a one night stay and not to spend it in the hotel. Needed to have some repairs done to the curtain to open and close better and better cleanliness. It had a mini fridge and a microwave, and tv that was great 👍. ”

”The property is safe and parking is easy. The office hours are different but makes checking out easy. The parking is easy and right in front of rooms. The rooms are remodeled. The room is nice and comfortable with many things you don’t see in other motels. We had a full dresser, closet, three mirrors, larger refrigerator l, microwave, and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. There’s a very large covered pool and patio area. I liked the short drive to a neighboring ocean access. ”

Quite nice hotel near the golf course and ocean
"We stayed there two nights during our roadtrip. The hotel was quite nice. We had to be in contact to the hotel beforehand several times, since the reception closes already at 5pm. The rooms were spacious but a bit worn out, our friends bathroom door was stucked, but luckily the staff was still there when it happened. There was an odd moldy odour in the room. Otherwise the location was good, near the ocean and Monterey and the center of Pacific Grove can be easily reached by bus or by car. "
