Perfect space for a large group

Comfy beds, lots of bathrooms. Only reason for 4 stars is the property is missing some basic things like coffee filters, extra towels / paper towels. Check out is also 9am without the option to delay

The Haywoods Family Annual Vacation

Our family have stayed in this house twice in the past 5 years. This is an amazing property with a sizable pool for the younger kids. We were also able to entertain 6 other family members for dinner. Great stay and spacious rooms for all.

Just Add better Appliances

The dishwasher needs to be replaced. It doesn’t work well at all. 60-80% of the dishes needed to be rewarded by hand. The burners on the stove would try to ignite for endless amounts of time without igniting. Not always but it did become a headache. The Dryer needed to be turned on 2-3 times in order for linens to be dried properly. There was no dustpan which is honestly minor. We had to get creative when dusting the dirt up or use the vacuum which also became annoying. They had someone maintain the garbage as well as the pool which was really nice. It was easy to contact management whenever there was an issue. The minor problems were handled immediately regardless of what time we called. Everything really was perfect all in all. I do think the appliances are a little tired and should be replaced. Given the amount of people the house facilitates it makes sense. Other than those minor thing the house really was amazing. We can’t fault it for anything. Thank you 30A Escapes for being incredible hosts. Top notch service. Everyone from the reservation office to the after hours management, to the service people that helped. THANK YOU 🙏

Just Add Water Seacrest Beach

I wanted to do a detailed review of this house explaining what it has, as we would have really appreciated having this before going. We flew so we were limited in what we could bring. I reached out to ask and I believe they give the standard answer for all houses in this area that are managed by them. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels. This house sleeps 18 (we had 15) and that doesn’t cut it. We were there a week. We did a grocery order through Publix and had it delivered the afternoon we arrived. There is also a little market in the Seacrest shopping area but it’s more expensive and limited but really does have quite a bit of what you might need. . Get laundry pods and dishwasher pods or bring your own. You will want them. There are some toys for smalL children. There are also some pool Noodles and some boogie boards in the closet outside. The pool is tiny but nice for when you don’t want to trek to the beach. The tram to the beach stops right at this house (E3). There were also a crib and a port a crib at this house. In the kitchen there was a 12 cup coffee maker and a 1 cup kuerig. We were told only 12 cup coffee maker. There was also a toaster, a blender a crock pot and an ice cream maker. There are 6 bikes though they are quite used and not all worked well. We also rented more ahead of time. There are bike rentals in the Seacrest shopping area and LOTS of them. Unless you need the bucket trailer for little kids you could surely wait to rent. Bikes are great here. We used them every day. It is walking distance to eating— ice cream candy pizza you name it. We cooked some meals at the house and also went out some. You can walk to Rosemary as well for the same. The beach is a 5 min tram ride. You can walk from this house to the community pool that is very nice and the beach. It’s a 1/2 mile to the beach entrance. Three large outdoor trash receptacles so no problem. They only leave you with two bags for the kitchen so you’ll need more. It’s a 13 gal trashcan. All in all great house three stories and lots of room. Tvs in all rooms. Big porch to sit on watching people and in our case the torrential downpours of rain we had throughout the week. The AC upstairs did need repair (twice in first 24 hours) while we were there but fixed and fine the rest of the stay. Also a shower issue they fixed right away. Very responsive. Enjoy. It’s beautiful on 30A.

Great Stay but a few things I didn't like

House was great and spacious but the middle floor A/C did not work in 2 bedrooms and it was noticeably different temps when you walked in and out of the bedroom. Also, the house was completely empty all day Thursday when we had arrived and would not allow an early check-in even though the house was not being used so that was annoying. There is a 9 am check-out which is way too early in my opinoin.

Perfect house for families

This house is so perfect for multiple families. There are enough rooms and space for everyone even grandma:) It has a perfect location close to all the shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home !

Spectacular Layout

This house was not only charming but had so much room for 3 families. Everyone had their own area and it worked perfectly for our group! The house is located in Seacrest and is walking distance to all of the shops. We will most definitely stay here again!

The house is very nice. Kitchen needs more glasses of each size and coffee cups for a house that sleeps 18. Also needed more kitchen utensils and cookware. Thankfully, we brought some of our own. Coffee pot didn’t have a lid so couldn’t make coffee in it. Thankfully we brought a Kerig. We think a house this size and price should have a Kerig or at least a better coffee maker. The outlets in the main floor full bath and half bath didn’t work. We checked breakers but that wasn’t the cause. The 3rd floor showed bunk beds in the advertisement but had a double bed instead. The two grown guys who were going to sleep on the bunk beds could not sleep together. One had to sleep on blow-up mattress provided by property manager. We had to wait several hours to get arm bands and parking passes.

Disappointed with the cleanliness when we arrived

The property wasn’t quite ready at check in at 4 o’clock and we found the kitchen was quite dirty. We were surprised at this because of the Covid situation. However, after expressing our displeasure, management was Quick to respond and sent Alexis the next day and re-clean the whole house. She did a thorough job and had a great attitude unlike the young Russian man that was cleaning when we arrived who said (under his breath) “you Americans are only staying here for a week, what’s the big deal... I did not appreciate his comment. Some basic items were missing such as a spatula, small pan and toaster was not working but as soon as we let management know, they brought the items over. The pocket door was not secure on the second floor and again they responded to our needs quickly to fix it. Inventory needs to be taken to make sure the basics are available in the kitchen and some updating needs to be done. I did love the downstairs bedroom which was convenient to the living room area and my family used my bathroom because it was so spacious. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this roomy house.
