Dear Mr Haruo, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you've had this experience, it is not what we are accustomed to. Montmartre is a really lively area and unfortunately, we cannot police the surroundings, however we provide earplugs to prevent any trouble during sleep.Regarding towels and garbages, it is specified that there are no housekeeping for stays under a week, as we are ecological sensitive. We do provide it when there are request from our guests but we haven't from you, otherwise we would have done it. Again, sorry you felt this way, it would be our pleasure to welcoming you back to give you a better experience.
