Location
Location is absolutely magnificent if You're going to Pisa tower. Just couple steps and You're there. Just outside hotel is many restaurants, just choose what You want. No need to walk long distances. Room was nice, except the shower corner what was pretty old. Shower was good anyway. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but good.

We booked this hotel based on previous reviews. However, the hotel was very run down. In our room, the window did not close and the toilet’s door did not close - also the toilet had many cracks. Also the room was dirty, smelly and very small. The only good thing is the central location. My advice: go somewhere else!

Small room with a nice view. Unfortunately quite noisy. In the bathroom shower changed into bath (water didn’t go down) and there was mould in the tile seams. I also would have likes to drink from a glass instead of a papermug. All over dated hotel. Personel at the reseption very friendly.

Grand hotel Duomo Pisa
Hotelli on kaunis, mutta käytännönasioissa parannettavaa; esim. kadulta kuuluu todella kova meteli koska äänieristystä ei ole, silitysrautaa pyysimme ja odotimme kolme tuntia, kattoterassin ravintolassa upeat näkymät mutta sekava palvelu. Sijainti on upea, ihan Pisan kaltevan tornin vieressä, mahdollistaa helpon vierailun vaikka illalla turistijoukkojen kadottua.

Location was excellent and it is extremely close to many restaurants One downfall is that their mini-fridge was broken, the building is kind of outdated but nothing can beat the location. Staff is very helpful and breakfast selections are very nice.

Great location and solid hotel. Loved the rooftop bar. Room was simple but clean. Had a room that faced onto the main street so there was a little noise but nothing too late that kept us up. Would stay here again.

Our room has no windows. TV reception is not good. Shower room is a little tight but water pressure is reasonably high. Terrace is with very good view of Pisa leaning tower. We had a great time there.

we had a wonderful time at this hotel.Not only is it minutes of walking from the main attraction (the tower) but their restaurant is over excellent and has the best view around. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel

A quelques centaines de mètres des attractions touristiques, dans une rue shopping / restaurants Par contre très bruyant, le soir tard avec les gens qui dinent, chantent au pied de l’hôtel et tôt le matin avec les mises en places des restaurants, livraisons. La chambre est peu décorée et nécessite un sérieux rafraichissement, les fenêtres nécessiteraient aussi une meilleure isolation phonique de la rue.

The hotel was a little dated, but clean, comfortable and the staff were lovely. It was in a great place for the attractions of Pisa - be sure to check out the roof terrace!

Very convenient hotel for the Leaning Tower and Cathedral (2 min) with a pedestrian street full of restaurants just outside. The hotel is clean and spacious but the shower walls could do with a decent clean. Breakfast was very good. Overall it is a good place to stay and we would stay again.

Great location for visiting Pisa for one night. However, the shower flooded the bathroom and we had to call someone to sort it and there was a leftover soap bar from the last guest. So it could do with a bit better housekeeping. Good choices for breakfast. The best bit is the view from the hotel rooftop to watch the sunset and see the leaning Tower.

This old hotel is in a great location and breakfast was lovely. But we had an altercation with the guy on reception when we arrived late - he argued that we had booked 2 nights and not 1! He wasnt interested in looking at my Expedia booking. He was quite rude. Apart from this the view from upstairs terrace is incredible.

Fantastic location and a view of the leaning tower from the balcony was just amazing. Located a few minutes walk from the attractions and lots of local restaurants just outside. View from the top bar was perfect to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. Breakfast was really nice and lots of choice.

Lovely hotel located near to the Tower, cathedral and baptistry. Walk the walls! Plenty of options to eat both at the hotel restaurant and out on the street where the hotel is located. Our room had a view of the Tower from the balcony. Comfy bed with a daily cleaning service. Roof top bar wasn't open due to early time of year so we missed out on that.

The hotel is outdated with mosquito in the room. The room was not cleaned. Te bedroom phone was dusty and the beds been made for 4 guests gad no access to plugs near the bedside. The main bed was not comfortable it felt like the mattress has been dkrpt on many times and was do bumpy and uncomfortable. I kept dipping into the mattress while sleeping. Breakfast was plentiful if you have no dietary requirements. We were a family of 4 and were all vegetarians. The breakfast had no toast or plain croissant options only filled with sugary flavoured filling of or, flavoured or chocolate. Cereal was not enticeful and the juice machine failed to work. Rooms has no light, we stayed 1 night and this was enough for us. I'm glad we didn't stay longer as the rooms were quite dull and unwelcoming.

Fantastic and friendly staff. Let us check in slightly early. Couldn’t fault the rooms and bathroom very clean. Roof terrace was lovely with the view in the background however it was a shame that the restaurant/bar on the terrace was closed. Would stay again.
