”Property was clean and well maintained. The pool was great. There was no swimming due to all the red seaweed. The ocean on the north side of the pool was a little disgusting with all the seaweed and trash floating around. Otherwise it was the perfect place to stay. ”

”A clean hotel with free parking. We chose the place because the reception was supposed to be open until 8 pm and open 7:30 am which was important for our travel plans. They had closed the reception way before 8 pm and sent me an email at 7 pm saying that the key was left for us in a locker with a code and that they’d be open again at 7:30. They weren’t so we had to chance our travel plans…. ”

”Before I review a place it must meet four criteria - clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, convenient. This place checks all of the boxes. The place was spotless and we were typically less than 10 minutes from restaurants and the activities we came for(snorkeling, kayaking and jet skiing). The house was not a fancy place but a comfortable house with all of the necessary things you expect and need including the dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. ”Staff was rude, no Good Morning, No good evening and if you try to rent some of those kayaks or pedal boats, it is nearly impossible. Location and nature is good, but otherwise hotel needs some renovations and new furniture.”

”My niece and I stayed at this property for one night before going scuba diving in Key Largo. The house was perfectly situated and I enjoyed watching the sun rise while drinking coffee on the dock outside. Everything matched the online version. Note, if you are over 5'9" the you will have to hunch down in the shower. The ceiling is super low, but we managed. The only issue we had was getting the lockbox for the key open. It was very finicky and we had to call the property owner. She was...

”We had a wonderful stay here. You cannot beat the location, waterfront! My daughter paddle boarded and we kayaked daily. One night while eating under the tiki hut a manatee swam by! We will definitely be back. The only tiny issue is the loft ac was not blowing cool air. However, that didn’t stop my daughter from sleeping in it. She loved the space. The owners were responsive and I’m sure they will fix the issue. We hope to stay here many more times! ”
