”Brand new hostel in Playa del Carmen (and the best location in town). Everything is clean and comfortable, and it’s nice to have a rooftop pool and co-working space. All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. You don’t have to be a young backpacker to stay here, the vibe is calm & relaxed, not a party hostel. I ended up extending my stay many times, thank you! ”

”Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.”

”Great option if you’re staying in the Zazil-Ha location of PDC. I loved my stay here. Person at the front desk 24/7. Rooftop pool and ocean view is tomorrow. I used the gym most days that I was here and loved that I was able to keep up with my workouts. Room has a nice little kitchen; I used the blender provided to make smoothies and juices in the am. Close to the action but peaceful and quiet. Jacob, one of the front-desk attendants was extremely helpful and kind. He’s the best! I’ll probably...

The resort was beautiful, our room was clean abd comfortable The food was outstanding but in all honesty what impress me the most was the people working there. From the, bellboy, to the receptionists, cleaning crew, waitresses, cooks. Every single one of then was invested in making out experience the best we ever had. ”We were in bungalow, it was beautiful spacious well furnished. The ambiance is lovely because of the incredible garden, which feels like a tropical jungle all around. The pool was great as well. Staff for so friendly and pleasant. And then you can’t beat the location right in the heart of the commercial area, but still feels secluded and quiet. Looking forward to going back.”

”Great clean and comfortable and safe new flat. Walking distance to Quinta Ave and grocery stores. Great pool area. There is some noise from the night club until 3 am, but I did not mind. Also construction across the street, so it is not nice to use the balcony. Nevertheless, very nice stay for a great price.”

”Great new hotel with the best location in Playa del Carmen. Room was comfortable and spacious. Beach, shops, many good restaurants very short walking distance away + big supermarket downstairs. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is one of the best in central Playa del Carmen! For the purpose of my trip the hotel was perfect. It’s a shopping mall type of setting so not the most cozy or romantic if that’s what you’re looking for, but other than that I would recommend...

”The first room was horrible. The only windows faced the reception area, so there was no natural light at all. The guy at the reception was also an idiot—he constantly gave us false information about the Wi-Fi, parking, and the possibility of getting another room with natural light, yet somehow everything was our fault. However, the lady at the reception was very helpful. Be careful when booking a room—two-bedroom rooms have no windows to the outside at all. The new room we got was good.”

”Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...
