”This apartment-style hotel is unique, a beautifully quiet place to stay in in Playa del Carmen by the beach, some distance from the down town area, with bikes to rent. As the room qualities are beautiful and nicely equipped, a free cooked breakfast is good, easy access to the top floor pool and rest area, low numbers of guests and a very very reasonable price, with personalized service for taxis etc., this is a great stay.”

”Brand new hostel in Playa del Carmen (and the best location in town). Everything is clean and comfortable, and it’s nice to have a rooftop pool and co-working space. All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. You don’t have to be a young backpacker to stay here, the vibe is calm & relaxed, not a party hostel. I ended up extending my stay many times, thank you! ”

”Overall the unit was descent. I would suggest maybe replacing the A/C filter, providing guests with bedding for the sofa bed and maybe extra towels. I understand it is not a hotel, but it is an inconvenience to carry those items in the luggage adding extra weight. ”

”Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.”

”We stayed on the family side of the resort. The common areas of the hotel, rooms, and pool were all great. All was very clean, and family-friendly. The paths to the beach were easily accessible, and a very peaceful surrounding. Our only complaint was that the food wasnt as good as what we expected. It wasn't horrible, but just not as good as what we would have expected from a resort like this. Also, we added on the Family Concierge package. Some of the perks were nice to have & we did utilize...

”Great new hotel with the best location in Playa del Carmen. Room was comfortable and spacious. Beach, shops, many good restaurants very short walking distance away + big supermarket downstairs. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is one of the best in central Playa del Carmen! For the purpose of my trip the hotel was perfect. It’s a shopping mall type of setting so not the most cozy or romantic if that’s what you’re looking for, but other than that I would recommend...

”The first room was horrible. The only windows faced the reception area, so there was no natural light at all. The guy at the reception was also an idiot—he constantly gave us false information about the Wi-Fi, parking, and the possibility of getting another room with natural light, yet somehow everything was our fault. However, the lady at the reception was very helpful. Be careful when booking a room—two-bedroom rooms have no windows to the outside at all. The new room we got was good.”

”Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...
