”This place was superb! Modern, comfortable and functional in a great neighborhood away from Quinta Avenida ( only a ten minute walk). I loved it so much I extended my trip for an extra week! Great communication with the property owners and a delightful housekeeper, Edith. This place is a gem!”

”Such a lovely stay. We stayed for 10 days. The receptionist was so attentive and helpful, the rooms were modern and clean. Overall 10/10. Perfect location as well, right off the busy 5th ave but quiet and only a 5min walk to the beach.”

”Great room with all the amenities and trendy decor. Free laundry on the first floor. Plenty of street parking. Friendly and responsive host. Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that it’s an 11 minute walk to the beach, it’s not beach front. ”

”Great clean and comfortable and safe new flat. Walking distance to Quinta Ave and grocery stores. Great pool area. There is some noise from the night club until 3 am, but I did not mind. Also construction across the street, so it is not nice to use the balcony. Nevertheless, very nice stay for a great price.”

”C'est la première fois que nous sortions de la formule ''tout inclus'' au Mexique donc la première fois que nous avons réservé dans un petit hotel avec beaucoup moins d'accomodations que les gros hotels luxueux. Je suis très heureux de mon séjour au Villas Segovia. Notre chambre était une suite junior avec 2 lits double, la chambre est gigantesque. En fait c'est un appartement entier ce n'est pas une chambre. Cuisinette équipée, salle à manger à part et divan pour relaxer, dans une autre pièce...

”Dies ist ein charmantes Boutiquehotel. Es besticht durch geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein fantastisches Frühstück im Garten. Lärm dürfte überall in Playa del Carmen ein Problem sein, so hört man auch hier den Lärm vom Restaurant nebenan. Mit Ohrstöpseln lässt sich das aber gut lösen. ”

”We had such a wonderful stay! All the staff were super welcoming and helpful. The property was very well maintained. Our room was very spacious with plenty of storage space. The room was also cleaned each day thoroughly, and we never ran out of towels. The minibar was also kept filled. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. We had a room with a tub and a jacuzzi on the patio, but we did not end up using them as we could not get the water to warm up more than just a bit - this would've...

”La propiedad está bien ubicada, tiene lugares para comer cerca (recomiendo mucho "Que huevos" y considero que era bastante seguro. Me gustó el trato del personal, el area de la piscina, la habitación muy bonita. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que se sentia mucho un olor a cigarro en los ascensores. Les sugerería tener un fridge para que los huespedes puedan comprar bebidas :)”
