”Great service, convenient parking, friendly staff, & clean rooms!”

”Nice new hotel in Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Rooms are comfortable with full kitchens and staff is friendly. Pool area is beautiful but it’s good to know that the rooftop has a cover over sunbeds (not best for sunbathing). One thing I didn’t like: had a room with an adjoining door to another room and could hear everything from my neighbors as if they were in the room with me. ”

”C'est la première fois que nous sortions de la formule ''tout inclus'' au Mexique donc la première fois que nous avons réservé dans un petit hotel avec beaucoup moins d'accomodations que les gros hotels luxueux. Je suis très heureux de mon séjour au Villas Segovia. Notre chambre était une suite junior avec 2 lits double, la chambre est gigantesque. En fait c'est un appartement entier ce n'est pas une chambre. Cuisinette équipée, salle à manger à part et divan pour relaxer, dans une autre pièce...

”Very nice and clean hotel with a great location. Pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed gym as well. Room 100 was huge! Breakfast was nice, but so many items were already run out by 9:30. They also run out of glasses. When it got busy they took the menu for juices away which was a shame since the fresh juices were a big plus.”

”Dies ist ein charmantes Boutiquehotel. Es besticht durch geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein fantastisches Frühstück im Garten. Lärm dürfte überall in Playa del Carmen ein Problem sein, so hört man auch hier den Lärm vom Restaurant nebenan. Mit Ohrstöpseln lässt sich das aber gut lösen. ”

”Great room with all the amenities and trendy decor. Free laundry on the first floor. Plenty of street parking. Friendly and responsive host. Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that it’s an 11 minute walk to the beach, it’s not beach front. ”

”I feel sorry for this hotel, but as many have recently commented, the VERY noisy bar/nightclub across the street is a major problem. Even using ear plugs didn't really help, as you could still hear the music and almost feel the bass. Otherwise the hotel was nice and staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful.”
