âThe apartment was gorgeous and had a well-equipped kitchen. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature, super comfy bed and strong wifi. The rooftop was a nice place to chill and the sunset view from there is unbelievable . Personally, we really liked the location; there are a lot of good restaurants nearby and a small convenience store just across the street, would definitely recommend.â
âBrand new hostel in Playa del Carmen (and the best location in town). Everything is clean and comfortable, and itâs nice to have a rooftop pool and co-working space. All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. You donât have to be a young backpacker to stay here, the vibe is calm & relaxed, not a party hostel. I ended up extending my stay many times, thank you! â
âNice new hotel in Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Rooms are comfortable with full kitchens and staff is friendly. Pool area is beautiful but itâs good to know that the rooftop has a cover over sunbeds (not best for sunbathing). One thing I didnât like: had a room with an adjoining door to another room and could hear everything from my neighbors as if they were in the room with me. â
âVery nice and clean hotel with a great location. Pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed gym as well. Room 100 was huge! Breakfast was nice, but so many items were already run out by 9:30. They also run out of glasses. When it got busy they took the menu for juices away which was a shame since the fresh juices were a big plus.â
âOne of the most affordable hotels in the area, good option if you donât need luxury but want safe and comfortable room. Friendly service and spacious rooftop with 2 small pools. Location is good close to the Alterna bus station and walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. One thing I didnât like is the very simple lock in the room door and no latch inside for more security. Locks NEED to be better in a hotel! â
âwe stayed only 1 night. We got room on the ground floor, near reception. There was lots of noice at the night and could not sleep at all. You can hear the other hotel guests coming and going and dogs barking outside. If you are a good sleeper, this is maybe not a problem for you. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is nice. â
âThe hotel was clean and decor was so nice! Pool was okay. Also the staff was so friendly and helpful :) The only downside were the beds, they looked nice but were so hard! â

Es gibt keine normale Rezeption aber alle sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und der Gastgeber beantwortet immer schnell jede Anfrage. Bei uns wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden eine etwas defekte Fernbedienung getauscht!
Geschirr, Kaffe, Tee und Wasser, Toaster und Mikrowelle stehen im öffentlichen Bereich zur freien VerfĂŒgung und der Pool lĂ€dt zum Relaxen ein!
Direkt vor dem Hotel sind kostenlose öffentliche ParkplÀtze, das hat bei uns immer super...
âLa propiedad en muy buena zona tranquila a un paso de la 5ta avenida, el apt muy bonito, limpieza impecable, lo negativo el mantenimiento a la propiedad muy escaso, reporte que a los dos minutos de entrar a ducharte se acaba el agua caliente y la regadera estaba rota y salia agua por todos lados, dijeron que lo habian checado pero la semana entera estubo igual, solo dos minutos de agua caliente, otra cosa tenia una cocina con todos los equipos y no tenia utensilios de cocina, ni una cazuela ni...
