âThe only wellness resort I've ever been to but it was amazing and relaxing. The staff was AMAZING. The scenery and rooms was absolutely beautiful as well as the amenities. The only downfall for me was i got food poisoning on the last day of my trip. 24 hours of diarrhea and vomiting. The staff insisted it was because the fermented foods but i assured them kimchi was not new to my diet nor plant based foods. I was offered a ride to the pharmacy to purchase a small bottle of pepto for $20. Besides...

âThe staff in this report are very nice and helpful. The facilities in some areas are very modern and nice especially adult section. However the complex is very spread out and if you're in the family area, rooms are a bit dated. There is a long walk to the main pool and beach, main buffet area. (The smaller 'local' pools did not have an atmosphere). Be prepared as the shuttle cart is not always around and available. It's not very accessible for people in wheelchairs or buggy as elevators were...

âFrom the check in the property looked beautiful. Then we found out the luxury relaxing pool VIEW we payed for was on the 3rd floor with no elevator! We requested an accessible room so to medical issues and were stuck in a corner looking at a dirt hill (but it was close to the relaxing pool so management didnât care). There are only 2 bars outside of restaurants at opposite ends of the property (no pool service have to get out and walk to get drink). The service at all restaurants extremely slow...

It was wonderful throughout.
The only two negatives was twice there was people smoking near the public area/restaurants, I couldnât understand this.
The pillows were flat.
But over all it was above and beyond in every other way.â

âWe stayed in one of the oceanfront jacuzzi suites. Our view was incredible! The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge. The hotel provides bottled water and we had breakfast included which was a hot breakfast, eggs/sausage plus yogurt and fruit. I canât say enough good things about this wonderful small hotel. The staff was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We will definitely be back!â
