”We went for a quick family weekend. We were close to the beach-10 minute walk and had an awesome day just lounging by the water. The property was very nice and spacious. And parking was right outside our door. It was awesome!”

”This was such a good & affordable find!! Close to restaurants, the beaches, and riding the circuit was a lifesaver. We would definitely come back! It was very clean. Super minor, but the bedsheet was a size too small for the bed, so anytime you move it pops off the corners of the bed. Otherwise everything else was great!”

”Great location at a good price for this area. Nothing extra fancy, but we knew that going in. Property manager was quick with responses and check-in was easy. Gave it 4 stars on cleanliness due to the fact it was definitely surface clean but in need of a deep clean, including windows. Out door space was slim to none, with two uncomfortable chairs, one of which someone must have left. Would also have been nice to have beach chairs available. We ended up buying two and leaving them as we traveled...

”Location and price were great. Owners were attentive. Some who are used to new hotels in suburbia might find the rooms dated but not unusual for non- chain rooms in FL. For example, no central air, older window AC, no soap dishes in bathroom, etc. I'm fine with old school and the Wi-Fi works great and a full kitchenette and beach chairs! Two blocks to the beach and all the restaurants and bars for a great price what more child you ask for ”

”We couldn’t have asked for a better location with convenient access to everything just a short walk away. The room was super clean and the grounds were immaculately taken care of. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.”

”The location is perfect. Only a couple blocks from beach access, a few blocks from Publix and a bit longer but easy/quiet walk to many restaurants. Everything was very clean and the appliances are very nice. The shower could use an upgrade but it was fine. Outside space was private and enjoyable. Easy checkin and amazing response time from the property managers before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again!”

”You can't beat the location of this property! We loved how close we were to the beach and all of the shops. The neighborhood felt very safe. Safe enough that we allowed our early teen and younger daughter to shop and walk to and from the beach by themselves (they were in heaven, especially with the candy shop)! The taco place right next door has the Tiki Toss game, and corn hole that we would play (and $4 tacos on Taco Tuesday). The beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and sand toys were...

”Property was fine. The room we had was clean, well stocked in kitchen and bath with items needed. Didn't care for Bathroom arrangement being right in bedroom and AC didn't work that well.”
