”Just got back from our beautiful stay! In our party we had 1 adult and 2 children, ages 8 and 10. The accommodations were fabulous. CLEAN plenty of space for everyone to move around and spread out if needed. Plenty of closet dresser and bathroom storage space to organize if you prefer that. Outdoor pool area was more beautiful than the pictures showed. Pool was clean. Super close to beach, we would walk there more than once a day, easy walk to commercial blvd. Pros: nice quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, stores, restaurants, private backyard, spacious home, good appliances in kitchen, very nice updated bathroom with handheld shower hose. Laundry room was good. Queen bed in bedroom, large closet. Cons: furnace/AC unit in living room was very loud (needs to be sound insulated). Had to wear ear plugs at night. Pullout single sofa bed in living room needs a better mattress. Had to buy a mattress pad to...

”We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking needs. Beach chairs, cooler, and inflatable were available to make our beach trip even better! Televisions were new and well connected. The pool area was great. One thing that is a little surprising - the house has a total of 3 rental units so the pool is shared. Also, the unit does not have any view of the pool or entrance to the pool - the pool is accessed by walking outside around the house.”

A few days before my stay i was told it wasnt availabe and offered me smaller homes as an "upgrade" i was frantically trying to find another house when i was told it was available again. Some things in the home didnt work and a dorr got stuck, but overall it worked in the end.”
