”We loved the little apartment. I do have a few recommendations though. The left motion light for the bed was a bit bright and very sensitive so it woke me up a few times. And the trash can in the restroom would be better in my opinion simply for guests who are having their monthly visit with aunt flow. Everything was perfect otherwise. Thank you!”

”Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong.”

”My husband and I stayed here while we eloped at Casa Feliz. The management was great and communicative. The property was older but recently renovated. No central AC but the unit in the kitchen was able to cool the whole duplex down. Location was great - winter park is gorgeous!”

”Great property thats within 1 block of local businesses. We loved taking the walk into town every night. Great communication with the host. If you are looking for a whole house feel in the size of an apartment this is it. Much better Alternative than a hotel room by far. ”

”The property was exactly as described and shown in the listing. The check in process went smoothly on the hosts' side, with good, detailed communication. The loft bed was cute and fun to relax in, but i did opt to use the fold-out couch for sleeping, as i am a bit tall. Overall, a fun weekend stay at a great location in walking distance to downtown!”

”Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...

”It was charming, I give you that. But the toilets and showers reeked of sewer. Owner said I have to flush it out to clean out the P-Trap(s). How is that my job as a guest? I slept on the sofa in the living room, the smell seeped into all the bedrooms. I had to leave early and was not reimbursed”

”My wife and I had a great time visiting Sanford thanks to the Cherry Blossom! Exactly what we needed, and location is so close to the city, we ended up walking into town, took a little over 5 minutes. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get to know Sandford.”

”The cottage is cute and quirky with a great view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We spent a day on the back porch working while looking at the lake. I think it is in need of a deep spring cleaning, however. I’m extremely sensitive to smells, and there was a strong pet odor, I opened the windows to help air out the unit. Overall, a good experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and kind.”
