”We could'nt really recommend Clifton Villa more highly. The staff could not be more friendly & helpful, the place is immaculate, in room facilities, fridge, tea, coffee, microwave, in room eating area superb and loads more character than your average Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. ”

”A comfortable Inn to stay the night, but as in all old houses, you can hear everything trough the walls. Like the busy pub downstairs or the other guest walking around upstairs. Convieniently close to the castle, but loads of narrow stairs, to get to the rooms.”

”Had a fantastic one-night stay, traveling with a friend on our motorcycle tour around Wales. Good parking for the bikes at the back of the guest house. fresh ground coffee on arrival. Lots of TV stations in the room. Had the best breakfast on our trip here. They even filled our flaskes when we left. Would reccomend.”

”Hotel was chosen so that we were close to the places we had to be. ( for a wedding and reception ). Unfortunately the sound from the disco on the Saturday night disturb us, but it did close at around midnight. Breakfast was fine.”
