Please accept my apologies that the duvet was too small for your bed, however I am happy our team quickly sorted this for you.I do apologise our pool area was crowded and there were towels out. Our leisure attendants do multiple walk rounds of the area to ensure its clean and tidy. I will pass your feedback to our Spa and Leisure manager. I am also very sorry our sauna was closed during the time of your stay. This is not a normal occurrence here at Gleddoch House, unfortunately there was an unexpected fault that required urgent maintenance.
