”Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc.
Staff was nice and friendly which was great.
Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full.
Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit.
No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night.

”The service was great! I booked a room for two adults and three kids, and our room had two double beds and a sofa sleeper. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen area and sink, which was very convenient. I also liked that there were two TVs.
My only complaint was that the bathroom sink drained very slowly.
Continental breakfast was included and it was good. They had cereal, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, bagels, English muffins, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties. I especially loved the green...

”I would give this place zero stars if I could. The room I was initially given was dirty, the sheets and blankets were visibly stained, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mold. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, Sonia, the receptionist, was rude and dismissive when I explained that the bedding was dirty, stained, and smelled bad.
She said the manager authorized moving me to another room, but unfortunately the second room was just as bad. The bed sheets were...
