”The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were always clean. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the beach wasn’t great during this time of year because of the seaweed, which made it less pleasant to spend time outside. Overall, we still had a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent service and the beautiful property.”

”Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. ”

”La habitación muy limpia, con varias opciones cerca para comer y para caminar tranquilos. Solo no había jabón de baño en la ducha y tuvimos que salir a comprar cuando ya era tiempo de descansar tambien recomendamos que habiliten una pequeña refrigeradora para mantener los liquidos que compren los huespedes porque el calor es fuerte y se necesita tener liquidos frescos para hidratarnos. Despúes todo muy tranquilo, seguro y callado”

”This is a very sweet, quiet and comfortable place to stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. The on site pool is so nice and clean! And the swim toys were lots of fun. It's also very close to restaurants and the beach! Highly recommend.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacey - the ones with balcony are especially pretty and comfortable (our group had both terrace and balcony rooms). The staff is very friendly and helpful with any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic right by the ocean and just a few blocks from the main square so it's super easy to walk everywhere, including to the big supermarket Chedraui that is basically next door. Our kids loved the pool too! Although...

”Unfortunately I do not have a lot of positive thoughts about this experience. First, you should know that you will not be able to even come close to the ocean because of the excessive amount of rotten seaweed on the beach. You will have to pay extra to be able to get to the beach. Staff are not responsive and we spent 4 days with toilet cover broken until it finally got fixed. We were calling about it every day. One day they cleaned the room, took dirty towels and didn’t bring the clean ones -...

”It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”
