”I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful, relaxing, getaway with fantastic cuisine and exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, to the second we left, we felt pampered beyond what I could have asked for! Absolutely recommend having a butler - Rodrigo was a delight. The rooms are gorgeous and the pools are so nice too! Love that it felt like a boutique resort; not needing to walk miles in the heat to get where we wanted to the main part of the facility...

”Everything was good but there was no Indian food at all, 1 Basmati restaurant has Indian food but they only open on Sunday, Monday and Thursday and their food is the worst food. Rest Everything was cool.”

”Secret Riviera was such a relaxing resort. The staff and grounds were second to none. Staff inside and outside the resort was excellent and truly improved our stay. The food at the restaurants was better than expected. The only negative was the after traveling with a family group of 8, it was near impossible to get seating together at any of the restaurants. With that said we will keep Secrets Riviera on our Mexico list.”

”Reaching Cancún was easy and MTS shuttle service was professional and quick. We reached our resort in no time. Best give the drivers some tip for their effort and quickness. The resort was looking clean and pleasant. The check in process was quick but after check-in a sales pitch was waiting for us which took them 1 hr to sell use there spa offer which we didn’t take. We had a 7 hr journey and we just checked in and we were not expecting a lecture and sales pitch, so it was a little sad. Rest...

”Overall I would give the hotel a 6/10 The staff is amazing, Angie the concierge was great to us and very sweet, always willing to help. As well as Noel y Erik from the breakfast buffet, they were amazing. Angie, Erik and Noel were a 10/10. Due to low seasons there were many things close as well as no activities. The hotel only had 2 restaurant to eat dinner at night open. For the people staying more than 2 night you would have to eat the same thing multiple times. For smokers there’s only 2...

”We have stayed here 6 times and have always loved the resort. This latest stay just a week ago in mid June was not as good as it used to be. It seems that due to reduced occupancy our favorite restaurant which is Frank & Lola’s did away our favorite item which we used to order every time we went there. We loved the Osso Bucco, which is a veal shank, but possibly because of cost they did away it. I feel like eliminating popular items could potentially be a small cause of tourists staying there....
