Nice, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.Breakfast were OK, nothing special and were missing for example scrambled eggs and bacon. Location is nice just a few minutes walk from main street.Bus stop just in front of a hotel

Ei sovi herkkäunisille
Ensin hyvät asiat. Hotellin sijainti oli kiva ja huone siisti. Huone oli vähän pieni, mutta silti ihan riittävä. Sänky oli mukava. Aamiainen oli myös hyvä. Sitten ikävät jutut. Hotellin isoin ongelma on täysin puuttuva äänieristys. Huoneeseen kuuluu jokainen askel yläkerrasta ja kaikki möly käytäviltä ja viereisistä huoneista. Meidän vierailumme aikana muut hotellivieraat eivät ilmeisesti nukkuneet juuri ollenkaan, sillä unta häiritsevää meteliä kuului huoneeseen pitkälle aamuyön puolelle ja taas aamulla alkaen ennen seitsemää. Käytännössä todella rauhallista aikaa nukkumiseen oli vain muutama tunti yössä. Meteli kuului häiritsevästi myös korvatulppien läpi. Kokeilimme vaihtaa huonetta ensimmäisen yön jälkeen, mutta tilanne ei parantunut. Henkilökunta ei kauheasti ymmärtänyt ongelmaamme, ihmettelivät lähinnä ettei kukaan muu ole valittanut. Koska meille hotelli on ensisijaisesti paikka, jossa nukkua, oli tämä hotelli totaalinen virhevalinta. En voi suositella tätä hotellia kenellekään, etenkään herkkäunisille,

Aside from all of the positives, the only thing that is troubling about the property is that they have VERY limited parking for paying customers. There is plenty of street parking, but that is not free, so plan accordingly. Other than that, the place is EXCELLENT.

This was an amazing hotel . They had parking( first come first serve) but it was a nice change from the hotels that didn’t have parking and you had to pay to park on the street . The hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful . The breakfast that was included was really good too . Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was only a few blocks from the main strip and a few blocks from the waterfront. Price was great too . If I come back to Reykjavik, I’d definitely stay here again .

Clean, comfortable stay but I need my tea.
I’m from the UK and stayed here with my teenage daughter. Lovely room, very comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The room had enough plug sockets to charge phone and watches, there was a hairdryer, a kettle but no fridge, and no milk sachets for tea. I asked at the desk for some milk and they charged me for a small carton but with no fridge, it wouldn’t stay fresh for long. Breakfast was good, a good selection but no bacon or eggs. Donuts, pastries and waffles, as well as fruits and cereal. Location was great with a 10 minute walk to the main attractions and harbour. Overall a lovely hotel, but a fridge or milk sachets are a must for me.

I find the breakfast area to small and not comfortable when you have a visual diss ability and very hot also you cannot even take a coffee to your room or like my daughter has visual impairment the area was crowded so we made a plat to take back to our room. And got embarrassed by one of the servers about taking food out we would have to pay. Breakfast not what I expected think we ate twice there no milk in room for coffe or a fridge Front desk were helpful just not what I expected dissatisfied

Dear Janette, First of all, thank you for taking time to rate your stay with us.I do apologize about the inconvenience that you experienced at the breakfast, my staff was just following general hotel rules. A solid option if you require a hotel in Reykjavík. Clean, had the essentials, wifi, and parking (provided there is a spot available). Able to walk to most main attractions easily. Super safe area.
