”We were in Edinburgh for an extra few nights unexpectedly and booked “3 Johns Place” last minute. We absolutely loved it! The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, the shower was new and modern. I would give it more stars if I could.

”Loved staying at Abbey Strand! Very historic building but with all modern conveniences. Quiet part of Royal Mile away from noise & traffic but easy walk to anywhere. No air conditioning but temps are generally cooler. Definitely recommend a stay when in Edinburgh.”

And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. ”A bit small room for 4 people. Showed drained poorely and sink was misplaced so the water went also beside sink when washing hands. A bit far from the city center, but good public transport to there and even walkable.”

"The staff was really lovely and helpful, the room was spacious amd quiet and beds were really good. The location is perfect, easy to walk anywhere and the breakfast was great! We really enjoyed our stay with my best friend. "
