”I cannot fault the Fingal hotel in any way. Booked this as part of our mini moon after getting married in Scotland and it really lived up to expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and engaging, giving us tips on sights and restaurants in the area. The room itself (luxury cabin) was perfect for us, tastefully decorated and with a door going onto the deck upfront. We both slept really well and the mattress quality was excellent. ”A bit small room for 4 people. Showed drained poorely and sink was misplaced so the water went also beside sink when washing hands. A bit far from the city center, but good public transport to there and even walkable.”
”Warm and welcoming. Excellent location, great value for money. Some roofing work going on but there was zero noise or disturbance whatsoever. The beds are super comfortable, and rooms silent, so we slept well. Second time staying here, will be coming back.
Craig is lovely and helpful, and we got to leave our luggage at the hotel for the day after checkout so we could go to Portobello for we had a late flight.
Oh and I could just see Arthur's Seat from the room window :)”
