”My family and I had a great experience during our stay at Terasu. All the staff members were very friendly, warm, and welcoming. They accommodated to our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself was very private but close to Xcerat and Xplor. ”One of the best hotels ever. If you want peace and quiet- good food, beautiful grounds, safety, and the most outstanding staff ever- you will love Copal. Ivy, Johnny, and Victor at the front desk were nothing short of amazing and friendly. The hostess/waitress Paola, was super helpful. She found us a driver that was half the price of the others. I cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. You must go experience it for yourself. We are returning with our family!! ”
