”The pool was clean, staff was great, always available to help , the breakfast was so good. I enjoy going to the cafe restaurant to have the fresh baked goods. I love the corn bread and the caramel late everything was delicious there and the people that work there are so nice and kind. We love the place so much that my sister became member of the BIP vacation club and added me I cant wait to go back.”

”Truly a great experience. Room and entire property are beautiful. Bartenders and activity directors made it fun. Meals are all cooked to order but service inside the restaurants is very slow. We plan to go back and take friends with us.”

”Initially had a swim out room on the seaside suite side of the resort. If you don’t want to constantly hear loud music and screaming 24/7 I would highly recommend booking on the palm side of the resort. It is a night and day difference and so peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for! All the staff were super accommodating and friendly, the palm side of the resort is a lot nicer and more of the restaurants are on that side as well as access to all pools. ”Great layout of resort. Beach during time we were there was not swimmable. Choose beach bungalows overlooking the ocean top bungalow if possible. Even if you get meal deals be prepared to pay tips at every meal. Very relaxing and staff is helpful. Get to meals early when it opens because when busy or towards end it feels rushed. Area felt very safe. Tours recommended by onsite tour guide were great! ”

”An incredible value. An amazing retreat into the jungle after a day of exploring. See monkeys in the morning, have a relaxing massage on the rooftop while an iguana keeps you company. The staff is there for whatever you may need. Pool is cold and refreshing. The rooms are so clean and nice! Great great value for the very reasonable price. Will be recommending to friends!”
