”Todo está muy bonito, viste el hotel para festejar el cumpleaños de mi hijo 6 de septiembre y de mi hija 7 de septiembre.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que al hablar al hotel para solicitar un pastel de cumpleaños para mis hijos por sus cumpleaños, quien atendió mi llamada fue grosero, dijo que no hacían eso. Que al llegar al hotel lo pidiera.
Al final mis hijos si tuvieron sus pasteles, pero no me gustó la actitud del colaborador.

”We spend a few nights here just to relax and have a good time. And that we did! Overall, a comfortable experience where we did get our monies worth. The hotel itself was clean, and well cared for. ”Ilmastointia ei ollut mahdollista säätää, joten huoneessa oli erittäin kylmä tai liian kuuma. Ranta on huono levän vuoksi. Henkilökunta pääosin erittäin hyvää, pidimme etenkin Boriksesta. Lähtiessämme henkilökunnalla oli ongelmaa tilata taksia, joten myöhästyimme lautalta. Tämä oli iso pettymys. Ruoka ei ollut kovin kummoista. ”
”One of the best hotels ever. If you want peace and quiet- good food, beautiful grounds, safety, and the most outstanding staff ever- you will love Copal. Ivy, Johnny, and Victor at the front desk were nothing short of amazing and friendly. The hostess/waitress Paola, was super helpful. She found us a driver that was half the price of the others. I cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. You must go experience it for yourself. We are returning with our family!! ”

”Beautiful new hotel in Tulum, great value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, pool area quite small. Location is good close to a big supermarket and several restaurants, walking distance to centre of Tulum. For the beach you need bike or other transport. The only thing I didn’t like: there was no privacy in the bathroom (cheapest room type). Toilet was behind the wall with no door and shower behind glass wall. Who wants to use a toilet without door if you’re travelling with someone? I...
