Pros: staff was super kind and helpful everywhere, the Jungala hotel suite is beautiful, shower, bath products, main pool, Jade store, ability to walk on jungle paths everywhere or take trams, food in most restaurants is good! Cons: doors in suite dont all close completely (closets, bathrooms), concierge is very available but doesn't always follow through on requests (asked 3 times for child's bed to...
