”Day beds and loungers by beach and pools were abundant and clean. Rooms were big and bright and clean. Room service was excellent. All staff from gardeners to concierge were friendly, polite and helpful. 5 stars”

”The hotel is small but looks cozy; perfect for a family with kids as it’s a lot of entertainments and fun stuff to do. For adults only it’s a little boring as no night club or disco and show program ends at 9pm. Overall, clean, food is tasty but not a huge choice in the buffet. All restaurants cook delicious food. ”

Vieraiden käytössä on viereisen Beach Club Ojo de Aguan allasalue, jossa on pienehkön altaan lisäksi piknik-pöytä sekä YKSI aurinkotuoli, eikä mitään palveluita. Molempien hotellien rannat ja niiden aurinkotuolit ovat vieraiden käytössä, mutta ainakin Beach Clubin puolella se oli melko sekavaa: vaikka menit vapaaseen tuoliin, saattoi henkilökunta tulla sanomaan sen olevan jo...

”El Dorado Maroma is one of if not the best all inclusive resorts I have been ever been to. The food was exceptional; the grounds and facilities were impeccable and all the staff was fantastic. My husband and I were also impressed by the quality of the musicians and entertainers that performed at the resort. The mexican party on the beach was really special and the mariachi band was outstanding. The included catamaran tour with snokeling on the nearby reef where we got to see an impressive amount...

”The property itself was lovely, our room was extremely dated, curtains hanging off the rail, bathroom faucet completely loose, literally could lift it out of the socket. No place to hang clothes, everything was about 70 years old, paint stained curtains and doors. ”

”We stayed at the Ventus Ha resort for 5 days and enjoyed our stay. The food was really good but did not have a buffet available on resort, you only had the option of al a carte. If you wanted a buffet setting you had to go to one of the sister properties. The room service was a great option and was really pretty quick, plus food stayed hot. The room was good too. The beds were firm and it stayed cool with AC, plus had a ceiling fan. We did have to change rooms 3 days into our stay because...

”Smooth arrival and check in. The room was cleaned “okay” upon our arrival to the room, although few garbage pieces were still present from previous occupants. Not a big deal but still 😐 The room cleaning is inconsistent, one day cleaned, next no, same with nightly turn down service, it was done not on every night. Concierge service in What’s app is not good and the only thing that made us unhappy. We were let down on dinner reservations many times with empty promises and no follow ups....
