”Room was clean, staff were super attentive and great besides the man running the taco stand by the Palms lobby, he was a little annoyed when serving. Driftwood and La Carreta were our favorite restaurant. We ate there everyday.”

”Everything about this hotel stay was relaxing from the beach chairs seaside with a giant wooden Palapa and full service all day drinks and lunch whatever you want We had massages which at first the $300 price tag seemed high but then when you realize it is a time to go and spend at least three hours in the spa with a private pool just for the spa patrons, a coffee bar with yogurt and complementary drinks, outdoor hot tub and the staff is so friendly. It’s just a place to go and really have a Zen...

Was amazing the aroma around the whole property smelled so good !! Enjoyed the full moon celebration they had one night with live music and they had a telescope for amazing views of the moon ! Watching the sun rise over the ocean from bed, having breakfast served on the patio while watching the waves, listening to the sounds of the surf while drifting off to sleep all made the trip magical! All the staff were lovely, food and drinks were delicious and perfect location on the beach! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax.”

”Overall, the staff was very helpful. However, the desk staff did not solve an issue we had. While respectful we encountered inadequate solution and was warned down by the time that it took and the aggravation it caused us while a vacation should be down time. The resort is wonderful, the beach itself and waters are naturally overpowered by the natural phenomun of the seagrass. ”
