”Beautiful and unique spot in the jungle, room was great spacious and the property is well maintained minus some refreshing on the fabric chairs etc. … staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed in the treetop suite. Only negative would be needing a car or transportation as the taxis get expensive. We thought there was a free shuttle based on the online booking and communication to the beach so did not book a rental car at the time. Definitely worth it and would return overall.”

”Loved that this place was so spacious and beautiful! There wasn't too many front desk staff but the pool and lighting was great! I loved how the rooms came with washer/dryer, a full kitchen and a stove top. My friends and I got a pool on top of ours and it was beautiful! ”

”Unit was clean and fully equiped. Pool area and grounds ate meticulously clean. Pools are not heated. Beach seawead was cleaned and removed every morning. Chairs and umbrellas provided and set up for you. Overall excellent accommodations for a family vacation.”

”This hotel, with its staff and beautiful rooms and rooftop pool made our vacation super duper good! Every single member of the staff was kind and helpful, huge thanks to Pricilla and Rafa for making us feel so welcomed! The room was very clean, spacious and exactly as in pictures. The hotel area is quiet and situated in great location. Downtown is 5-10 minutes away and the hotel zone with beautiful beaches 15 minutes away. Close to everything but still far enough to get your mind relaxed 🏝...

”The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. ”
