”The staff at check in and out could use some hospitality training - this is our 4th stay and this has never improved although overall service at the resort has significantly improved aside from this. The amenities and location are wonderful and it is a beautiful resort. The waiters at the beach were excellent as always and should be given a shout out including Victor, Juan and Edwin”

”Great family oriented resort with over the top service. The food was excellent wish they had an evening buffet to feed our toddlers who didn’t appreciate nice sit down dinners after an active pool and beach day

”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”

”They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back.
Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Waldorf. The hotel was very clean and serene, the staff was attentive and the restaurants were very good. We wished we could stay longer but we will be back!”
