”Everything was fine, the staff was courteous and attentive. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The VIP upgrade provided by Expedia as we are Gold did us pretty much nothing. The $100 resort credit is very misleading as we were told when booking an add on to one of our excursions (ATV's) that it could be used for that and come to find out that was not the case. We did not receive any of the $100 credit while there. There seems to be poor communication with what each individual knows as one...

”Clean rooms and impecable room service. Property itself was small and easy to navigate. Gift shop stayed open until 11pm which came in handy! Breakfast was great at both restaurants and the afternoon taqueria being open was fabulous! The beach was why we stayed here. Romantic and calm atmosphere. We loved our time”

”We had to change our coffee maker in our room twice because it was not brewing hot but cold. It was easier to order a pot of coffee from room service. Room was always cleaned and was surprised that they have an afternoon towel service and maintenance as well. Very impressive Staff was excellent and catered to all my needs. Pool was ok. Only complain was the finish of the pool was too rough and hurts the back if you lean on it (especially with a sunburn) or your swim suit may get snagged...

”We’ve stayed at multiple hotels in the area. This is our favorite! The room, the shower in our room, the heated pool on our deck, comfy beds, cabanas on the beach, food and drink service on the beach, room service & staff were all amazing! ”

”Excellent stay. Hotel is small which is a huge plus. Felt authentic. Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms could use an update but that did not bother us.”

”Beautiful resort. Suggest having options available for people who have later flights - i.e. more generous late checkout options or at least access to lockers and showers. Candidly, for the cost, the resort had limited things to do aside from sitting by the pool.”
