”Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.”

”Nice hotel just next to the gondola. Great SPA and the executive room was decent size with a huge balcony facing the slope. The hotel is a bit outdated but still nice. ”

He eivät myöskään tiedä, että hotels.com lähettää asiakkaalle viestin, jossa kerrotaan, että maksu veloitetaan kortilta ja hotellilla on 0 euroa maksettavana. Kohdallani kävi nimittäin niin, että hotellilla minulle kerrotaan, ettei maksua ole tullut ja korttini on invalid (!). Korttimaksu ei onnistu myöskään hotellilla johtuen puutteellisista tietoliikenneyhteyksistä ja aina vaan syytetään epäkelvottomasta kortista...

”It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

”Very convenient location. Room is good size. nice kitchetnette. the woman is not helpful, she wont even give a telephone call to a local cab. The man is shouting in Bulagarian language, if he dont agree with his terms. "Fawlty Towers" Food no i would miss. Breakfast i would give it a miss. should have bought my own food.”

”Todo muy bien como siempre! Un boutique hotel con encanto y restaurante con buena cocina. La camarera de piso super amable y el camarero del restaurante muy simpatico. ”

”Η κυρία Έλενα στη ρεσεψιόν με άπταιστα ελληνικά έτοιμη να λύσει κάθε πρόβλημα και να βοηθήσει τους πελάτες . Το ξενοδοχείο το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό, καθαρό ,και το βαρύ πυροβολικό του είναι ο χορός του spa με τις πολλές πισίνας. ”

”Ottima posizione a 2 passi dal centro....staff molto cordiale e disponibile...camera confortevole...colazione discreta...parcheggio gratuito nelle vie adiacenti oppure a pagamento in alcuni orari di fronte alla struttura ....albergo consigliato...nessun problema ”

”Close to the gondola, restaurants and bars. Decent service, clean and staff were friendly enough. Rooms qere sloghtly small if I'm being picky, otherwise a lovely stay”

”Very helpful and nice staff. Some English language issues. Hotel is a bit aged but clean rooms and comfortable beds. Free ski bus to/from Gondola is great service.”
