”Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.”

”Nice hotel just next to the gondola. Great SPA and the executive room was decent size with a huge balcony facing the slope. The hotel is a bit outdated but still nice. ”

”The hotel itself is of a good quality. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds and shower are really good. The environment is great; with a view on the Rila mountains. Unfortunately all this is being 'wiped out' because of the unbearable noise from the restaurant below the hotel. The noise starts in the afternoon until midnight. We booked this hotel for 2 nights to take the first bus of 7.40 h to the Monastery. Obviously we went to bed early. We had a terrible night. If you don’t...
