Viemäriäänet kuuluivat huoneeseen. Vanhanaikaiset faciliteetit. Ohjaususkilvet olivat puutteelliset. Kyllä tuolla nyt pystyi olemaan. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Hyvä sijainti.

Kulunut hotelli hyvällä paikalla
Parhaat päivät nähnyt hotelli. Peitot erittäin kuluneet, ikkunaverhossa iso reikä. Tv kaukosäädin ei toiminut. Hienot öljyvärimaalaukset huoneissa. Sijainti loistava.

Mukava hotelli
Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla, aivan Terminin aseman vieressä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamiainen kattava. Kerrokset ovat hiukan sokkeloisia ja oman huoneen löytäminen oli haastavaa. Ikkuna huoneesta oli sisäpihalle joka ei ollut silmän ilo.

Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla, suosittelen
Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Huone oli mukava, yksinkertainen ja siisti, ilmastointi ja safe kuuluivat huoneen hintaan. Wifi ei valitettavsti toiminut huoneessa ollenkaan, yleisissäkin tiloissa vain kohtalaisesti. Aamiainen oli ok.

Madison ei vakuuttanut
Etäisyys rautatieasemalta loistava. Huoneen palohälytys laukesi kylpyhuoneen poistoilmapuhaltimen käytöstä. Kylpyhuoneessa haisi todella voimakkaasti homeelta. Ikkunanäköala törkyiselle pienelle sisäpihalle. Ilmastointi ei toiminut.

Hotel nel compenso carino, nella media, posizione di fianco alla stazione quindi super comodo per gli spostamenti. La camera era pulita, ma l'illuminazione lasciava a desiderare (molte lampadine non andavano), per caricare i cellulari c'era una sola presa dietro alla tv e un'altra in bagno e ogni volta che qualcuno tirava l'acqua si sentiva lo sciacquone. Comunque nel complesso tutto ok, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, molto utile il deposito per le valigie!

The staff/receptionist were excelent, very professional. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel lacks of everything: dirty, smelly, not stuffed with all necesities inside the room...etc. The only GOOD think is the location, across the train station.

The location couldn't be beaten. Right next to termini, restaurants, and all essential transportation to get around without a car. We didn't give it the highest-ranking because we had problems maintaining a consistent water temperature in the shower, and the wifi wasn't strong enough at our location in the hotel, away from the front office. However, i would stay here again.

Overall the hotel is good. Very clean. Room service every day. Inside the hotel it was quiet. Outside it was not as clean due to the crowd of people coming and going to the main train station. The area is extremely crowded. The hotel is located next to the station which is very convenient for transportation.

A very good spot to stay at if you're looking to spend a few nights near the city center! Next to train/metro/busses, which makes the location pretty convenient. The air conditionning didn't work very well for us and the shower had a bit of a weird smell, but those are miner details. Very happy with my experience, great staff, hotel open 24h!

Can't get any closer to Termini Station, it's right in front and that was the reason for our choice. Hotel , like most, is old and the room is decent with bare necesites. If you're looking for luxury, it may not be for you. Overall our stay was comfortable and the entire day/night staff was excellent including the restaurant workers. Very welcoming and helpful, because of this I would return. The only personal issue for me was the height of the bathtub. It was about knee high & slippery, so it may be difficult to get in and out if you have knee issues like myself.

The lighting was terrible. Lights so dim you could not see anything. Set up of room terrible. Ambiance awful. Pillows awful. Door opened into toilet. Trash bin was small and unreachable. No lobby and no amenities. This felt like a motel. Showerhead so small you could barely shower.

Hotel geboekt met ontbijt inbegrepen. Gezien 2x vroeg vertrek vóór ontbijt, kregen we ontbijtbox mee. Dit stelt echter niets voor. 1 maal daarom ontbijt ingetrokken. Achteraf werd dit bij de afrekening ( nog?) niet verrekend

What we liked: location right next to Termini station. Free water in room. What we didn’t: Wifi didn’t work in our room at all. Shower drain was completely clogged and almost flooded the bathroom after three minutes of use. Construction was happening on our floor and the noise wasn’t an issue but tools were scattered about and there were tarps hanging from the ceiling (a bit disconcerting). Room was fairly clean but it is quite a rundown property so it didn’t *feel* clean. Some rooms are a bit of a hike from the elevator (winding hallways very maze-like). All in all, would not stay again and would not recommend to a friend.

To say I had a terrible time here for even a day is an understatement! The room itself was so disgusting. The shower didn’t work and was flooding I wasn’t able to take a shower I told the staff at the front desk and called and informed them about this (3 times) and they didn’t do anything about it. The ceilings had mold and the room stank and the walls were wet and we found cockroaches and ants in the room. The bed didn’t even have a comforter to sleep with. The windows didn’t even close or have a lock on them! This is outrages! I have all the pictures and evidence. I will never stay at this place again ! Horrible and disgusting!!! I can’t even believe I paid to stay here ! I would’ve had better luck staying in a motel! I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The property is a 2 min walk to the train station! Which is amazing if you’re forgetting to pack anything! Starbucks, pharmacy, clothes, books the works. The area around the train station/walk to hotel was daunting at first due to lots of homeless people. However there was a strong police presence around-so I felt safe as a solo traveller. Hotel was clean and staff were extremely friendly!

The outside sidewalk is a little grungy, but that can't be blamed on Madison. The place is old but kept up well. Outstanding staff and great breakfast. Across the street from Roma Termini.

Hotel Madison - they gave us the farthest room, it’s like a maze getting into the room. Lots of hallway. - Worst thing is that our bathroom didn’t have hot water, I was already inside the shower when I realized that. - Tried to call front desk, but dialing 0 or 1 didn’t work. So my husband have to go the long winding hallway to go down and talk to them. They sent someone to fix but it took awhile before we got the hot water. - The next day, no hot water again! So no morning shower, we didn’t call them anymore since we are checking out that morning. - Breakfast was good, except they are slow at refilling the food. - Location, very convenient for public transportation - The room, it has a smell that is not so pleasing. We just stayed 1 night, but I don’t think I’ll book this again. - Has AC! - Fridge - No microwave - Window by the shower, shutter won’t close all the way, so neighbors might be able to peak if your showering. - Wifi not so good
