Hyvä sijainti, katu rauhallinen, yöt hiljaisia, sai nukuttua hyvin. Aamiainen runsas, 8€. Olisin ehkä toivonut omaa vedenkeitintä huoneeseen ja sen mukana kahvi- tai teemahdollisuutta. Valitsisin tämän hotellin uudestaan, jos menen Roomaan.

Hotelli on kävelymatkan päässä terminin asemalta ja sieltä on myös lyhyt kävelymatka melkein joka paikkaan. Hotellin henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Erinomainen hinta-laatu-suhde.

Hyvä sijainti
Hotellin sijainti erinomainen, lähellä rautatie- ja metroasemaa. Myös kävellen pääsee helposti nähtävyyksille, joihin ei ole metroyhteyttä. Aamiainen oli ihan ok. Hieman vanhatava, mutta toimi hyvin "päämajana", kun suurin osa ajasta oltiin kaupungilla. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja apua sai tarvittaessa.

The hotel room we were in was recently refurbished and very nice. The hotel staff (especially the restaurant staff) was very welcoming and attentive. The area around the hotel is not that nice looking but (it was expected near the train station) - But it was safe

이번 이탈리아 여행 중 다녀본 호텔 중에선 제일 조식 맛있었고, 객실도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 리노베이션이 진행중이었지만 그다지 시끄럽지도 않았구요. 싱글룸 기준 샤워실이 좀 좁았습니다. 정확히는 샤워커텐때문에 샤워커튼이 펄럭거려서 불편했어요. 스태프들도 다 친절하셨어요. 커피포트나 슬리퍼 같은 것들은 요청하면 주십니다.

Our family stayed in one of their family rooms, with a queen and a twin. Nice size room, good distance between the two beds, so there was a bit of separation, which was nice. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Always lots of staff at the front desk, friendly, helpful, and very multi-lingual. If you only speak English, you'll do fine at this hotel. The breakfast is also great. Simple, but fresh, and the lovely staff will get you a cappuccino (or two). Really good way to start your day. Location is a bit outside of the 'thick of things', which we found nice. Very walkable, particularly close to the Colosseum and Termini station.

Great staff, the family room is fantastic, great breakfast, comfy beds and a good location. Rome is a weird place to find a hotel, but this one is a good choice.

This is a great hotel. It is within walking distance of everything you would want to see in Rome. The train station is only a 9 minute walk from the hotel. The staff go above and beyond and they are extremely helpful.

The hotel was under construction during our stay. But overall was very clean. The rooms were nice and a good size. Walking distance to many things. Definitely recommend.

When we arrived at the property to drop off our luggage we were told that our room would not be ready at the time of check-in, but would instead be ready an hour later. When we went back an hour later the room was still not ready. Our check-in was supposed to be at 2, we were not able to check-in until after 7. When we finally checked in, our room was in an active construction zone, which was not disclosed to us when we paid full price for the room. I would have never paid full price for an incomplete room in an area that was being worked on. In our room, the mirror in the bathroom wasn’t mounted but was taped to the wall, our rain showerhead didn’t work, our thermostat didn’t work, and our tv didn’t work. The rain shower wasn’t fixed until a few days before we left and the thermostat never got fixed. The only thing we got out of all of this was a free €12 breakfast.

What a lovely hotel. Just off the busy streets and tucked into a cute neighborhood. Easy walk to many major sites and the train station. Quiet and comfortable room.

This lovely hotel was friendly as usual. They are undergoing some building work, but they are doing this in a very careful manner. It will be even better after the works are finished.

Wonderful and attentive staff, excellent location, 12 min walk from the Rome Termini train station and walkable distance to all main attractions. Very quiet at night. Very clean. Cozy italian themed rooms. Terrace on top floor waa closed in February, opens in April, looked nice though! Thanks Hotel Raffaello for a relaxing and comfortable week stay.
