”My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!”

”My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

”My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable. ”The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....
