A spacious, yet cosy cottage awaits you at 4 Longford Cottages in Havenstreet. The property is been tastefully decorated throughout and the kitchen has been finished to a high standard. The cottage consists of a bright sitting room with wall mounted TV, 2 large sofas providing comfortable seating for a relaxing evening in front of the TV after a long day relaxing at the beach or action-packed day exploring the Island. The cottage style stairs to the first floor will take you to the 2 double bedrooms both with double beds and bathroom that is accessed by walking through the master bedroom. There is a separate WC downstairs.

The dining room with dining table and chairs for 6 people leads on to a large kitchen with table and chairs and patio doors that takes you to the patio and sprawling garden beyond. The garden has a patio with table and chairs, perfect for an evening barbeque, then take a walk down to the bottom where you will find a decked area with round bench style table with adjoining seating, this is where you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down and admire the countryside views.

There is a utility room located off of the kitchen which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, this room would also be a great place to store muddy walking boots if you fancy exploring the local countryside and walking trails. To the front of the property there is parking for 1 medium sized vehicle.
