There were bed bugs and the lady at the reception brushed it off like it was nothing. I’ve had many issues with bed bugs in the past and for her to be so dismissive was strange. We didn’t even stay the night, ended up hooking somewhere else

A simple, clean hotel, walkable from the airport with good onward connections to Basel city via the nearby rail and distribus stops. Fairly priced with friendly staff who speak English and French.

la reception non era 24h come indicato su expedia (questa non è colpa dell'hotel), il terminale self non funzionava e sono entrato in camera solo un'ora e mezza dopo il mio arrivo dopo una lunga sessione di chat e telefonate con la vostra assistenza. A un certo punto si è palesata una ragazza dell'hotel, c'era stato un blackout.

공항에서 걸어서 15분 거리(캐리어 끌고 좋은 길로 돌아가면 20분), 우버타면 20유로 정도 나옵니다. 기차역도 걸어서 5분거리.(바젤, 뮐루즈 등으로 연결) 시골이라서 주위에 마트도 없어요.

Receptionist only speaks french! It‘s not normal, receptionist should speak more languages, the person didn‘t understand us at all!

The hotels was not good small rooms, stuff not helping, the candy machine not working, shopping locations too far, no taxis no uber ,really was not worth it.

I do not suggest this hotel in any aspect!
I booked one night in Hotel F1, because I wanted to catch an early flight the next day (needed to be at 5am at Basel Airport). I chose Hotel F1 due to it's advertised location - supposedly 15min walk form airport. Upon arrival, I informed myself about the way to the airport and was suggested to use a path starting at the parking opposite of the hotel (after the bridge). I went to check-out the path and to my big surprise the path was completely dark next to a deserted, industrial area (basically no sane person would walk there alone at 4:45am). Organizing a taxi from the hotel turned out to be a huge hassle (from the French side) and extortionately expensive from the Swiss side (60 CHF). The lady in the reception kept on giving me different numbers instead of just making a call and sort it out (since she obviously was talking better French than me that would have been a nice gesture when she saw it's not working out). Therefore, I decided to arrange for another location and did not spend the night in the hotel. I explained the situation to the direction of hotel and kindly asked for the refund of the room costs (56CHF), but they are not willing to refund anything claiming that the infrastructure around the hotel is not their responsibility. Of course someone can claim that I might be somehow weird and this being the reason I found this situation troubling, but I can name at least one group of 6 people who encountered the same issue and did not dare to walk that path either...

What's more, we are not responsible for the city's infrastructure. You should know that many customers use this route.Finally, you accuse our receptionists of not responding to your requests. Our stay was very basic yet comfortable somehow, you get what you pay for. The property is close to the Saint Louis La Chausee station with trains that takes you to Colmar and Strasbourg if you're going to explore the Christmas Markets like we did. I would suggest to highlight in the description that the bathrooms are common and is not inside the room. Also, towels are not provided and that it is charged separately. Reception are not manned all the time so make sure you use the red telephone the front desk to page them so they can attend to you. Aside from that, we did have a comfortable stay.

Need somewhere to stay near the Basel Airport for an early night flight. This hotel was cheap and fit my needs. I would reccomend it for 1 night but I would look for something else if you plan to stay mutiple nights. There is no soundproofing in this hotel and you can hear talking, doors, and other noises very easily, bring ear plugs!

Un grand merci pour le jeune homme, extrêmement aimable. Chambre donnant sur la cour gauche très calme. A notre grande surprise, nous n'avons entendu ni les avions ni les voitures mais il ne faut pas compter dormir avant minuit avec les arrivées de l'aéroport et tout le monde parle comme si on était en pleine journée. Voisins calmes mais dans le cas contraire, le peu d'isolation aurait été pénible. Choisir une chambre éloignée des sanitaires communs dans le couloir.

Excellent location and hotel to stay. Great facilities but just needed more cleaner toilets and shower room as the toilets were out of paper and very dirty for more than a day.

Unterkunft ist sehr preiswert, aber die Leistung dazu ist nicht im Verhältnis. Schlecht zu finden v.a. in der Nacht. Strassenbeschriftung miserabel, Zimmer sehr eng, Nachttisch hat keinen Platz. Zimmer allerdings relativ sauber. Ausser einem schlecht funktionierenden Automaten = 24h Empfang, keine Ansprechperson. Man kann sich gerade hinlegen, aber schlafen, na ja. Nicht zu empfehlen, da Infos schlecht, abgelegen, nach dem Prinzip: suche mal selber. Schade. Hinlegen und unter einem Dach warten bis wieder ein Zug fährt, das geht.
