”The staff were great, really friendly, happy to help, chatty and gave us a nice evening. Really pretty setting, we could watch the water from our room, the room itself was really nicely decorated, we had cute dog themed touches, nice and clean, we couldn’t say anything bad about it. ”

”Location is perfect, close to lots of things to do and see. The staff are all very nice and friendly, can't folt them at all. The room we stayed in could do with a bit of an upgrade in the bathroom and a freshen up but it was still a nice enough stay. Food was beautiful, dining room was very clean and nicely presented. Would highly recommend.”

Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. ”Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. The room needed some tlc. Paintwork very shabby. The bathroom was very poky and not very clean. The toilet had nasty staining in the pan and the...

”Great stay just after Christmas. Check-in times are limited, but it was very easy to get in following the instructions. Room and the whole hotel was really nicely furnished and decorated with good taste. Everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good with different varieties to order. Peaceful location with about 10 min walk to the city center. Can highly recommend this hotel.”
