The staff was great, we had room for 8 people but got 4 towels. We requested for more had to go get them and got two. Asked for more was told didn’t wash enough the night before because they were busy. To come later in evening to get them. Used washer and dryer, the sign said laundry detergent and quarters available at office 24 hours. Office said didn’t have either and quarters available only in the mornings

The only issue my husband and I had was the lack of housekeeping, during our stay. Housekeeping didn’t come once! When we left we had a pretty stacked pile of trash. Other than that we had o complaints. Oh except for the remote! It didn’t work!!!! We actually went out and bought a universal remote to program to our tv.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this place. It was definitely more updated than the last time. There were renovations to the rooms. I’ve stayed at very expensive hotels that are very clean. However, you get what you pay for at this hotel. It is extremely affordable in an amazing location. There’s so many restaurants, shopping areas and beautiful scenery nearby. The staff is always welcoming. The breakfast ain’t much but there’s a Denny’s next door. I would definitely stay again if going on a solo trip with my dad or mom to go sight seeing. Restroom and beds were clean. Carpet had large stains that were already dried— I didn’t mind because the room smelled fine, I checked the mattresses and everything looked clean. And it was awesome to have a fridge and microwave.

Over all not a horrible experience, but not great. Floors were filthy. Quite a few bugs in the room. Little bit of mold in the fridge and in the shower. Bathroom door knob would just fall off when you pulled on it, same thing with the handle for the shower. Key cards stopped working twice during our stay, had to have them reset a couple times. On the flip side, the staff were all very friendly and professional. I probably won’t stay here again.

Expedia needs to do a better job at what they post for people to book. This hotel is trashy, dirty, and unsafe. There were holes in the window where the locks were, making it accessible for people to open from the inside out, sheets were stained, shower was leaking. Moved me to another room where it smelled like maryjane and shower was filthy with what looked like blood stains around the shower drain. I felt so unsafe, I packed up and left. Horrible service worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I travel all year for business every week or sometimes every week! I have pictures of how dirty the bathroom and shower were, and of the hair so much that was left in the walk in shower and the mold and dirt. The room they moved me to had no smoke detector just hole in wall!

The peeling paint on the outside doors was the first indication this place was not well cared for by management. Peeling paint in the bathroom was off putting. A small cockroach was a surprise but on our last night the 2" cockroach was alarming! House keeping was pleasant and efficient, Jackie was helpful. The man at the desk during the day was great. We asked for an extra chair for our room and it was at our door when we returned that day. Breakfast was good, lots of options and fresh fruit.

If youre looking for a place tonlay your head and shower then this is it. I stay at this property for one night when i have to come into town only because its down the street from where i need to be. The property is definitely not a 5 star hotel and you get what you pay for. The staff is great, this motel not so much. Not enough lighting in the room, dirty, stuff on the walls, i found half a pill on thw headboard and can only imagine it was sone type of drug, thank goodness my kid didn't find it first. Stains all over the room, no water pressure in the shower, I mean the list goes on and on but its convenient for me for the one day I need to come in so that is why I deal with it. This time around I think the place has gotten worse or maybe I just notice everything more. I'll have to try a different place next time around, plus the construction is terrible.

To start the room was not very clean at all. I figured as it was only for a few hours of sleep. When I pulled the sheets to get into bed a fully loaded 9mm handgun magazine fell out…..moments later in the closet I found a used needle. Needless to say I left. Sidenote: Expedia was incredibly helpful and helped get me a refund within hours of leaving!

The building is old and run down, the elevator was broken (we had to walk up four flights of stairs with our luggage), and the room was dirty. Probably the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

The properly looked like it had been renovated, but with the lowest bid contractor. The quality of the work was inferior. The microwave and television couldn’t be operated at the same time without tripping a circuit in the bathroom. It was a buckling in the bottom of tub that made it feel unsafe. And then while removing stuff from the drawer, there was a bug in the drawer. So it just made for an unpleasant experience. This was the lowest performing La Quinta Inn we have ever stayed at.

I would not recommend staying in this place because it is not kept clean and our room smelled like Mary Jane even after using air fresheners.
