”Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. ”

That said, our downstairs unit access was great - check in was a breeze and the owner stayed in touch and answered questions. The unit had everything we needed, including the basics in the kitchen, a massive washer/dryer, excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. ”The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here.”

”I booked knowing I was getting a good rate for being a new listing. I was overall satisfied with my stay. Owner is friendly and communicative. However, the property still needs some basic amenities (such as forks) and has overstock of others (full set of steak knives). Not sure if the heaters are working and this did impact some comfortability. The place is easy to access.”
