”All the team were friendly and helpful through my stay. The food was of a good standard, only comment would be don't cover the hash browns in a morning as it makes them soggy (only done on the Monday morning)”
”Upon getting into bed we discovered hair on the bedsheets long dark hair, and there was rubbish behind the bedside table and behind the desk/dressing table and also in the bedside drawer. Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures ”
”A very pleasant stay in the hearth of the city. The room was lovely plus a kitchenette was a life saver during the trip. Morning breakfast was excellent and the staff was very, very welcoming. All in all it was an excellent trip and for sure I would choose this hotel again when I’m coming back to Birmingham.”
