”Very clean and comfortable room and easy check-in/access, with all necessary details being provided in advance via email as well as text. Reasonably priced.
Fairly quiet room/location, despite the accommodation being next to a dual carriageway. Easy access for getting a minicab to family in another town, as well as walking distance to local shops and amenities. A parking space available next to the property was also handy for us, as we drove up from London.
Would book again if planning to...

”Rooms was very clean and whilst no frills it had all of the amenities available anyone could need, including for cooking. Safe free parking was ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just beside is the Zoo and Castle. The town centre is a short walk as is The Black Country museum”

”Just a stop on journey.. hotel needs a better road sign and directions.
Car park is charged but adding reg is good.
Beer is expensive.
Customer services are good.
Breakfast is good, always replaced asap.
Shower room is small. Could do with being bigger.

”Old premises, good for sleeping. Only single glass windows so all noise from the yard and road come was heard in the room. Noisy neighbors in the yard both nights. Breakfast is simple, I recommend to use 8,50£ for eating somewhere else. Kind personnel, quite neat hotel and surroundings. A couple of restaurants within 2 min walking. Bus stop close and good connection to downtown.”

”Good location, walking distance from the city centre and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Basic clean and condition. Thin walls could hear everything. We chose compact room but didn’t expect it to be so compact that you can shower sitting on the toilet😒 there was no room for luggage and not even a hook to hang hand towels. The air conditioning was blowing straight to bed so couldn’t keep it on and the room got really hot. They send us a message in advance about being green and we could choose not...
