”Very efficient, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The surrounding area felt a bit run down and unsafe. However the train station was nearby and there are several bus routes available. ”

The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. ”My stay at Ramala was quite good. The breakfast was excellent, but the rooms don’t have any AC, which was a bit uncomfortable in the warm weather. If you’re working or sleeping, it’s best to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign out as the cleaners tend to bang on the doors. Aldi and Asda are just a 1-2 minute walk away, while McDonald’s and other food stores are about 5-10 minutes depending on your pace. Overall, I’d rate it 8 out of 10.”

”A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom.
There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent.
Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.”
