Contacted me prior to arrival to check if I needed anything or information which made me feel confident about the stay beforehand, was very welcoming and personable and I felt genuine care about me and my stay at Domo. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a host and something which is rare in hotels in my experience.”

”Easy check in with friendly staff. Room and bed were very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were lovely with breakfast having a really good selection of items with plenty of staff around if needed.
Hotel is a bit of a maze with odd staircases dotted around but I quite liked the adventure.
A good stay, if I find myself needing to go to the Birmingham area again I'd definitely stay here again.”
