Darling home with a park-like backyard located in Santa Rosa near Howarth Park/Spring Lake, a central location to wineries, hikes, Hwy 12, and a reasonable drive to the coast (Bodega Bay and Jenner). Majestic trees, a meandering stone pathway, seasonal flower blooms, and fern "grottos" create a special place. Relax in the hot tub, have coffee and breakfast in the kitchen nook, and enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room. You may see an owl in the trees.

Living room with exposed ceiling opens up to the large deck and backyard. Furnace with vents to living room and hallway, has fireplace, and space heaters if needed. Kitchen is updated, has a gas stove and oven, and an eat-in kitchen nook. The home has a "dollhouse" feel with cozy rooms and a Victorian-styled bathroom.

Bedroom #1 (Master) has a queen-sized wood sleigh bed and a large Hollywood Juniper tree outside the front window provides privacy. Bedroom #2 (Garden Room) has a queen-sized day bed and French doors to the backyard, space for working, and a changing table/dresser. Bedroom #3 (Twins Room) has two twin beds and a double reading light that offers a quiet and cozy space with a garden view.

Depending on the season, enjoy meals on the back deck. An easy-to-use grill provides outdoor cooking opportunities. The hot tub is nestled in the back corner among trees.

Regarding dogs: The backyard is fully enclosed and there is a dog park across the street. Dogs must be well-behaved and accompanied or crated at all times. Please keep dogs on the floors and off the furniture/beds and clean up after your dog(s) everywhere.

The following is provided for dogs: One (1) large indoor/outdoor dog bed (green) and one (1) small fuzzy indoor bed. Two (2) dog bowls and a dog bowl mat. Some extra dog baggies in case you forgot your own.

$50 fee for up to 2 dogs, $75 for 3 dogs for one week of each stay. No more than 3 dogs total. Sorry, no cats or other pets. Thank you!

Gardener stops by Thursday afternoons for 30-40 min. between noon and 4pm. Hot tub check takes place Tuesdays usually in the morning.

Please observe max overnight guest limit of 6 and day visitors to 3. No parties or events and no amplified sound (speakers) outside. City of Santa Rosa TOT#3478. Three monitoring cameras that capture video and sound are located: 1) front porch/front yard, 2) driveway, and 3) inside the garage. Cameras are not located inside the house or in the backyard. These are used to confirm guest occupancy if needed.
