”The building is older and a little dated. Our room was very clean. The customer service was the best we have ever had at a hotel. They messaged me in the morning to make sure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. We requested an extra pillow and blanket. They delivered it to our room while we were out. They messaged to let us know when the additional items were delivered. Very nice location. It is situated 1 block away from a bunch of resturants. CVS & Walgreens...

”I had such a great stay at the Balfour. The staff was very feiendly and welcoming as soon as I arrived. Super accommodating. I specifically chose this hotel because of the beach access. Chairs, umbrella and towels are available to rent during your stay and the beach was just a few feet away. They provide two compliemmenty drinks you can grab during their happy hour.
Location couldn't have been any more perfect. Its right off ocean drive vut away from the chaos. I would 100% stay here again....

”We stayed one night (Fri-Sat) at the hotel. Staff was very kindly and they told us helpful info. We left our car to Hotel Valet 30$/24h. Staff checked out our room before giving us key.
Room was nice and clean, not a five star room but still reasonable. Good bed.
We just slept in the Hotel so cant tell much about experience of the hotel itself.
Next day and check-out was 11am, because Saturday and hotel was full.
We left our luggage at hotel and went to eat some breakfast to Starbucks...

”Very cozy and lovely hotel!
I liked the unique decor, atmosphere and tranquility. Even though the hotel is centrally located, there was no traffic noise. The hotel room was nice, but the only negative thing is the plastic-covered platform under the sink in the toilet, which was strange, because the hotel was otherwise atmospheric in style.
The hotel staff were friendly and nice.”

”Hieno hotelli, ihan ok sijainti ja hyvä palvelu muuten, mutta neljän hengen huoneessa lisävuode piti tehdä itse. Petivaatteet tuotiin soitosta, mutta itse peti jouduttiin avaamaan ja tekemään. Tähän hintaan luulisi, että peti tehtäisiin hotellin puolesta. Sviitin keittiö oli niin hyvin varusteltu, että siellä olisi hyvin voinut kokkailla enemmänkin. Riittävän kokoinen huone neljälle aikuiselle.”

”Property as described, nice upstairs bedroom and terrance, staff friendly and helpful, louie or lewis on front desk was a nice guy and good for advice on area and getting around. Had a pool but never used it as a couple of minute walk to beach, good diner on corner and although quite at this area of town plenty of dining options nearby and only 15min walk to main area if preferred. Throughly enjoyed my time in miami and felt comfortable and safe in this area and property so enjoyed our time...

”The location was excellent. Customerservice was via WhatsApp or message which is ok if someone would answer your questions or do something about the problems. Our WiFi didn’t work and the apartment also only had 2 chairs for 3 people. Views from the apartment was to the house next door but location was excellent, right at the beach and in the beginning of ocean drive with a lot of restaurants etc.”

”Spacious and modern room. Great quiet location. Windows faced another building so we had courtains closed all the time. Great kitchen and nice bathroom. Lots of closets. Breakfast was similar to other hotels in the area (=poor). I missed simple oatmeal.”
